Reminder: CUPA/ARUC June 3rd Annual General Meeting

Dear members,

 

This is the final reminder to register for the CUPA/ARUC Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Luncheon.

 

The 2026 CUPA/ARUC AGM will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd in the Concordia University Conference Centre, 9th floor of the John Molson School of Business building. 

 

The meeting is scheduled from 10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. and will be in-person. Doors will open at 9:30 and light morning refreshments will be available for attendees. Our guest speaker will be Lynn Roy, Director, School of Health. Prior to the meeting, representatives from Human Resources will be available to answer questions and address issues from retirees.

 

A Zoom option will be available for those who cannot attend in-person. However, Zoom links will only be available for members who paid their 2026-27 membership fees.

 

The AGM will be followed by a cold buffet luncheon from 12:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The reception will be casual in nature and provides an opportunity to catch-up with friends and colleagues, discuss issues of interest with the CUPARUC Executive and, perhaps, make some new friendships and acquaintances.

 The cost: $35 per person for members of the Association

 

To attend the luncheon your reservation and payment must be received by Thursday, May 21.

Reservations/payments can be made in the following ways:

                By e-transferring your luncheon payment(s) to Cupa.Fees@concordia.ca

                By emailing at cuparuc@concordia.ca and paying at the door by cash or cheque. 

                By leaving a message on our voicemail line (438-772-9119) and paying at the door                  by cash or cheque. 

 Note: 

 The Fall General Meeting and the Luncheon are separate events and require separate registrations using one of the above options.

                If you have indicated attendance through the CUPA/ARUC Facebook page, you            still        must register using one of the above options.

                There will be no reimbursements after May 21.
